Plant Diagnostic Program

Used by universities, county extension offices and commercial clients, this innovative, web-based system allows users to submit text, physical or digital samples directly to the appropriate diagnosticians and labs for rapid evaluation and response via the internet and email.  It allows for customizable, printable forms that can be used with mailed, physical samples as well as the ability to upload digital images taken from the field.  The Plant Diagnostic Program provides tracking of all sample related activities, including diagnosis, amendments and modification to client contact information.  Samples are accessible to all office personnel to increase information sharing.  The system also allows for seamless transmission of information to the NPDN.  Integration of soil sampling data and treatment recommendations further increase the application’s value.
